Known issues
------------

- Negative cursor positions unsupported
- Positive scroll values unsupported
- Hitting Reset in app that uses windows and desktop (no mouse needed) seems to mess up screen holes for Disk II
- Mashing a button with mouse in Applesoft will cause Undefined Statement error
