TSCH: put tsch_ prefix to definitions in the global scope
struct asn_t -> struct tsch_asn_t struct asn_divisor_t -> tsch_asn_divisor_t ASN_ macros -> TSCH_ASN_ macros current_asn -> tsch_current_asn
