functions for converting between host and network byte order. These names are the de facto standard names for this functionality because of the original BSD TCP/IP implementation. But they cause problems for uIP/Contiki: some platforms define these names themselves (Mac OS, most notably), causing compilation problems for Contiki on those platforms. This commit changes all htons to uip_htons instead. Same goes for htonl, ntohs, and ntohl. All-caps versions as well.

* Example gateway configuration with two IP interfaces, one SLIP over
* USB and one over 802.11.4 radio.
*
* The IP address is hardcoded to 172.16.0.1 and the 172.16/16 network
* is on the radio interface.
*
* The default route is over the SLIP interface.
*
* On the SLIP host run a standard SLIP implementation or the tunslip
* program that can also view debug printfs, example:
*
* sliphost# ./tunslip 172.16.0.1 255.255.0.0
*
*
* This kernel has no application code but new modules can be uploaded
* using the codeprop program, example:
*
* datan$ ./codeprop 172.16.0.1 loadable_prg.ko
* File successfully sent (1116 bytes)
* Reply: ok
