Split the UI into separate bits.
+ Bits that are X11/GLX only
+ Bits that are 'pure' opengl
+ Bits that are UI related but not renderer related

Complete replacement from the previous version, see readme for

Short story is that theres support for WOZ 1/2 read/write disks, as now
emulate the low level LSS state machine.
