Stefan Wessels eabbc96695 Added a level-on-a-screen version
This new version is a second game selectable from the loader. The art
quality is much lower but it plays way more like the ZX Spectrum version
and is in many ways superior. I haven't been able to make one jump to
the second switch in Level 8 - Miner Willy meets the Kong Beast, so
there is a chance it's not quite right. I suspect it's just me, though.

# src/apple2.loader is another target variant, built the same way the game is -
# see Makefile-noscroll.mk for how that works. It has no program name of its own
# because the disk images want it named after the game: ProDOS runs it as
# MMINER.SYSTEM and it derives the name of the game binary from its own pathname.
