Jeremy Rand 7d3a33e34c Add the ability to select the emulator to use. Add support for the mame emulator. Separate the boot image from the distribution disk image (although targets like NDAs also install into the boot disk). Add the tar shell command from Kelvin and use it when packaging to also create a shrinkit archive of the distribution.
