Basic automated backup feature for 'ac' and 'acx'. It can be manually configured for AppleCommander itself at this point, but with all the GUI changes it feels better to merge first and then attack the graphical component.

Code was flagged as "dodgy" by IntelliJ, so fixed that and realized that DEL could trigger a file delete, and added that.

Now managing new disk image state within the SWT GUI itself as it only pertains to the GUI. Moved flags out of FormattedDisk into DiskExplorerTab and made the SwtAppleCommander set the new image flag when a create new image wizard completes.

Loosening ProDOS directory inspection a little bit. Found that the special name/copyright files aren't passing muster. (Supposedly one block but has no data, so AppleCommander expected a valid file.)
