Adding the concept of "content type" and starting with disk/archive images. Adding an alternate FileEntrySource (for the org.applecommander packages) and brute-force enabling AppleCommanderFX to open these files. They can also be nested! (Had one with SDK opened a ProDOS 140K disk image which additionally contained SHK files that opened to a ShrinkIt file listing.)

Found that the subcommand _can_ be displayed if we jiggle the handle a bit! (so "acx kp5" shows exactly that in the usage details instead of "acx proof" which might be a bit confusing).

There were three lists of the subcommands: The flags (ex: "--checkit"), the dynamically added hidden subcommands, and the case statement setting up the proper checker in the dynamic subcommand. This combines the last two.
