Adding the concept of "content type" and starting with disk/archive images. Adding an alternate FileEntrySource (for the org.applecommander packages) and brute-force enabling AppleCommanderFX to open these files. They can also be nested! (Had one with SDK opened a ProDOS 140K disk image which additionally contained SHK files that opened to a ShrinkIt file listing.)

Noticed that the file chooser is annoyingly case-sensitive. Updated FileExtensions for make an all upper-case version of the file extension as well.

Refactored to no longer have DirectoryEntry and FileEntry connected. This lets the root directory not be a file (which is appropriate to most everything).

First blush of creating the FileStore interfaces. Adding a partial mapping from FormattedDisk to the FileStore interfaces since they (essentially) need to be rewritten to utilize the new structure.

Was not showing problematic tracks unless the disk could be fixed. Changed to always show problems but only setup action if disk is writable. (13-sector is not writable at this time.)

Basic automated backup feature for 'ac' and 'acx'. It can be manually configured for AppleCommander itself at this point, but with all the GUI changes it feels better to merge first and then attack the graphical component.

Now managing new disk image state within the SWT GUI itself as it only pertains to the GUI. Moved flags out of FormattedDisk into DiskExplorerTab and made the SwtAppleCommander set the new image flag when a create new image wizard completes.
