Copy the information from the message exactly as it appears. Upper-case vs. lower case is important, as is all punctuation. Don't forget to put the hyphens ('-') in when typing the registration key.</FONT></P>

Copy the text from the message, click in the appropriate field in the CiderPress dialog, and hit Ctrl-V to paste it.</FONT></P>

Make sure the checksum shown in your confirmation letter matches what you see on screen. If they don't match, something has been mis-typed. (If you're cutting & pasting, make sure you don't accidentally paste the checksum values into the box.)</FONT></P>
