Andy McFadden ebef6a27c2 Fix display of invalid resource forks 
We were dumping various fields, but if the resource fork was too
short we were actually dumping uninitialized data.

Also, bumped version to 4.0.2-a1.

faddenSoft CiderPress(tm)

CiderPress is a Windows utility for accessing Apple II archives and
disk images.  A wide range of formats are supported, including
ShrinkIt (NuFX) archives and disk images with DOS, ProDOS, Pascal,
CP/M, and RDOS filesystems.

This program used to be shareware, but is now free.
