disks/ is gitignored, so CI checkouts had no WOZ test assets at all and the
parser/boot gates failed with file-not-found. Following the repo precedent
(Apple system software is force-added: DOS33-SystemMaster.dsk, ProDOS),
commit DOS 3.3 System Master.woz so CI genuinely exercises the parser, the
bit-stream engine and the boot+CATALOG gate. The protected commercial
reference images stay untracked: the parser gate now asserts every image
*present* parses (>= 1), and the protection gates (Commando, Bilestoad,
Wings of Fury) skip with a clear message when their image is absent --
verified by running the full suite with only the committed image present.
