Commit the owner-supplied original (1983, unenhanced) //e ROMs under roms/AppleIIe/ and embed them, so E3 can build a 6502 //e from them: - two.rs: ROM_IIE_CD_UNENHANCED (342-0135-B, $C000-$DFFF) and ROM_IIE_EF_UNENHANCED (342-0134-A, $E000-$FFFF), the 8K system halves, next to the Enhanced 342-0304-A/342-0303-A pair. - chr.rs: CHR_ROM_IIE_UNENHANCED (342-0133-A), the 4K video ROM, next to the Enhanced 342-0265-A — the original //e set has no MouseText ($40-$5F is inverse upper case), the one visible difference E3 will render. All three statics are #[allow(dead_code)] until E3 wires them; each is pinned by SHA-1 against the committed image so it cannot silently drift: iie_unenhanced_system_roms_match_the_committed_images (two.rs) and iie_unenhanced_video_rom_matches_the_committed_image (chr.rs). Nothing is wired into a machine yet, so the golden-BMP screenshots are untouched. Verified: cargo fmt --all --check, cargo clippy --all-targets -D warnings, cargo test (361 pass — the two new provenance tests, golden-BMP screenshots unchanged).
