For some reason Expression Web 4 is doubling or tripling the navigation
header. Looks like some weird interaction between EW4 and the old
FrontPage-generated content. I keep smacking it but it keeps coming
back, so I may just need to rebuild these pages without the navigation.
Looks like the compiler settings create an executable that doesn't
work on WinXP or earlier. The v2.2.0 binary from 2007 works, and
there haven't really been all that many changes, so this just adds
a note about what works where.
Various changes including:
- Annotation of UTF-8 vs. Mac OS Roman character sets
- Change to integers with width specifiers in API
Also, constructed a 2IMG file type note from an old a2central page
captured by archive.org.
