Rename two config options:

FEATURE_SH_STANDALONE_SHELL => FEATURE_SH_STANDALONE
FEATURE_EXEC_PREFER_APPLETS => FEATURE_PREFER_APPLETS
Make SH_STANDALONE depend on PREFER_APPLETS.
getopt.c: more randomconfig-induced fixes
