e111d69ca2 Turns out, md5sum was broken anyways. It uses backwards TRUE/FALSE
and wasnever updated when TRUE and FALSE were fixed.  So kludge it
by doing an #undef TRUE, then define it backwards...

70da6a66d2 Fix a warning in sh.c. Remove use of getline() in md5sum since
nobody else uses it and it is a GNU extension anyways...

a293a516ad Patch from kent robotti to fix a buglet where
# du doesn't_exist
    du: doesn't_exist: No such file or directory
    0   doesn't_exist
which was on course wrong.  I simplified it a bit...

7b5d59464f Apply a patch from Larry Doolittle <ldoolitt@recycle.lbl.gov> to close
bug 1069.  This shaves about 100 bytes from the executable, and about
200 bytes of heap usage.  Also document the "-d" option in the usage
message.

7a86e61a54 Patch from Matt Kraai so wc will return a proper error code
when failing to open a file, and will not use file when it
didn't open the file.
