d686a045c8 safe_strtoXX interface proved to be a bit unconvenient. 
Remove it, introduce saner bb_strtoXX.
Saved ~350 bytes.

What if I need to have both?? This patch introduces
CONFIG_FEATURE_TELNETD_STANDALONE: y - both, n - only inetd.

0871bc89fb httpd: add -i (inetd) and -f (foreground) otions.
