Denis Vlasenko 0416e3dde1 udhcpd: disable opton to have absolute lease times in lease file
(that does not work with dumpleases)
dumpleases: fix -a option.
networking/udhcp/*: code shrink, more compact static leases struture,
 better comments, etc
