- Software has not been updated for PCB rev 3.0. In particular, most of the pin
assignments are incorrect.

- USB bootloader is not implemented yet.

- Configuration options cannot be set via USB.
	- SCSI ID hardcoded to 0
	- Partity checking is on
	- Unit Attention Condition is off
	- SPI overclock to 32MHz off.

- DMA is not used for SPI transfers
- Parity checking not implemented for the PSoC Datapath implementation
