Overall, not very many changes.

The PowerMgr amphibian dump has been changed with a better name for a
per-screen LCDScreenChk.

This one builds the 68k part of the very final NewWorld ROM that anyone can find. (Occasionally this is called the Custer ROM, but I can't seem to find where this name orignated.)
