Mihai Parparita 387686aaee viacuda: Allow a specific RTC time to be set ...

Makes it possible to run time-limited OS versions like BeOS DR8.2
(which does not work after 1997-04-01).

This is now also used for deterministic mode (which had already been
hardcoding a 2001-03-24 RTC time).

Also document both flags in the manual.
