I took a look at changing
|
|
\f1 config.sys
|
|
\f0 under Windows 95. I suggest you make a copy of
|
|
\f1 config.sys
|
|
\f0 first by selecting it, and then using copy and paste as mentioned in the other set of instructions. Then, select
|
|
\f1 config.sys
|
|
\f0 and choose
|
|
\b Open With...
|
|
\b0 from the
|
|
\b File
|
|
\b0 menu.\
|
|
\
|
|
You'll then be presented with a choice of applications\
|
|
\
|
|
Select
|
|
\b Notepad
|
|
\b0 \
|
|
\
|
|
The contents of

\f1 config.sys

\f0 will then be shown in a Notepad\
|
|
window\
|

|
|
See if there's already a line in config.sys that says\
