Add support for small-model PIC for PowerPC. Summary: Large-model was added first. With the addition of support for multiple PIC models in LLVM, now add small-model PIC for 32-bit PowerPC, SysV4 ABI. This generates more optimal code, for shared libraries with less than about 16380 data objects. Fully fix Bug #22115. Summary: In the previous commit, the register was saved, but space was not allocated. This resulted in the parameter save area potentially clobbering r30, leading to nasty results. IR: Make metadata typeless in assembly Now that `Metadata` is typeless, reflect that in the assembly. These are the matching assembly changes for the metadata/value split in r223802. - Only use the `metadata` type when referencing metadata from a call intrinsic -- i.e., only when it's used as a `Value`. - Stop pretending that `ValueAsMetadata` is wrapped in an `MDNode` when referencing it from call intrinsics.
