[AArch64] MachO large code-model: Materialize FP constants in code. In the large code model we have to first get the address of the GOT entry, load the address of the constant, and then load the constant itself. To avoid these loads and the GOT entry alltogether this commit changes the way how FP constants are materialized in the large code model. The constats are now materialized in a GPR and then bitconverted/moved into the FPR. Change the fast-isel-abort option from bool to int to enable "levels" Summary: Currently fast-isel-abort will only abort for regular instructions, and just warn for function calls, terminators, function arguments. There is already fast-isel-abort-args but nothing for calls and terminators. This change turns the fast-isel-abort options into an integer option, so that multiple levels of strictness can be defined. This will help no being surprised when the "abort" option indeed does not abort, and enables the possibility to write test that verifies that no intrinsics are forgotten by fast-isel. AArch64: enable MISched by default. Substantial SelectionDAG scheduling is going away soon, and is interfering with Hao's attempts to implement LDn/STn instructions, so I say we make the leap first. There were a few reorderings (inevitably) which broke some tests.
