use getHostTriple instead of getDefaultTargetTriple in getClosestTargetForJIT

Get back getHostTriple.

For JIT compilation, use the host triple instead of the default
target: this fixes some JIT testcases that used to fail when the
compiler has been configured as a cross compiler.
