dacbe7b171 Make functions with an "asm" name propagate that asm name into the cbe.c file.
This fixes link errors on programs with these on targets with prefixes.

1790d44d0d Don't pass target name into TargetData anymore, it is never used or needed.
Remove explicit casts to std::string now that there is no overload resolution
issues in the TargetData ctors.

475c55393a Now that PR633 is implemented, the CBE can know to emit _setjmp/_longjmp
when available. This speeds up hexxagon from 18.61s to 16.61s with the CBE on
PPC Mac OS (for reference, LLC is 15.48s and GCC is 23.35s).

72f42bbc9b For PR786:
Turn -pedantic and -Wno-long-long compile flags on by default. In a few
places, avoid the warnings by removing these options in the local makefile.
One notable exception: lib/Target/CBackend/Writer.cpp. These warnings are
left on as a reminder to developers to clean them up.

8399e02a2c Fix volatile load/store of pointers. Consider this testcase:
void %test(int** %P) {
  %A = volatile load int** %P
  ret void
}

void %test2(int*** %Q) {
  %P = load int*** %Q
  volatile store int** %P, int*** %Q
  ret void
}

instead of emitting:

void test(int **l1_P) {
  int *l2_A;

  l2_A = (int **((volatile int **)l1_P));
  return;
}
void test2(int ***l2_Q) {
  int **l1_P;

  l1_P = *l2_Q;
  *((volatile int ***)l2_Q) = l1_P;
  return;
}

... which is loading/storing volatile pointers, not through volatile pointers,
emit this (which is right):

void test(int **l1_P) {
  int *l3_A;

  l3_A = *((int * volatile*)l1_P);
  return;
}
void test2(int ***l2_Q) {

b06f103d0c SPECIFY a target data to initialize the CBE target with. Until now we have
been using the default target data layout object to lower malloc instructions,
causing us to allocate more memory than we needed! This could improve the
performance of the CBE generated code substantially!

05b15fb075 TargetCacheInfo has been removed; its only uses were to propagate a constant
(16) into certain areas of the SPARC V9 back-end. I'm fairly sure the US IIIi's
dcache has 32-byte lines, so I'm not sure where the 16 came from. However, in
the interest of not breaking things any more than they already are, I'm going
to leave the constant alone.

with other CBE generated translation units.

e42cde2a14 Now that the lowerinvoke pass inserts calls to llvm.setjmp/llvm.longjmp, some
hacks can be banished. Also, this gives us the opportunity to emit special code

setjmp/longjmp site (which is often THOUSANDS in C++ programs). Yaay!

94f4f8ea10 Make the cwriter use the lowerinvoke pass so that it can either use "disabled exceptions" or
"expensive exceptions" controlled by an option. Also refactor and eliminate a bunch of cruft.
This is a temporary solution and causes millions of warnings to pour out of programs that use
exceptions, but it should fix the problem with sparc and the 'write' declaration (PR190).
Subsequent changes will make this stink much less

storage duration that are local to the function containing the invocation of the

As such, we have to mark all variables in a function that uses 'invoke' as
volatile.

d9fb37ac98 Use unified CWriter-X86/Printer name mangler. Do not bother using
SlotCalculator in CWriter. (Unfortunately, all this means a lot of
X86/Printer's methods have to be de-constified again. Oh well.)

54f6032dae - Fixed name mangling conditions to handle 'linkonce' linkage type. In
particular, name mangling for GlobalValues only occurs when the linkage type is
internal or when the name must be mangled to avoid a collision. See comments in
CWriter::getValueName for more information.

- 'inline' keyword is now emitted for functions with 'linkonce' linkage type.

- Fixed typos.

b471a23a85 lib/CWriter/Writer.cpp: Copy AsmWriter's ConstantFP checking code here
into a new function FPCSafeToPrint(), and use it in printConstant()
and printFunction() to decide whether we should output ConstantFPs as
floating-point constants or as references to stack-allocated variables.

a8ab89e3da Fairly major change: emit fixed sized allocas in the entry block as a variable,
instead of a variable pointer and an alloca. All accesses to the variable then
use the address-of operator to access it. This plays better with the internal
GCC code generation phases, which bail early on functions which contain allocas.
It also makes the code a bit easier to read.
