Makes some more cases (the unit tests, specifically), lexically
compatible with a change to unique_ptr.

define below all header includes in the lib/CodeGen/... tree. While the
current modules implementation doesn't check for this kind of ODR
violation yet, it is likely to grow support for it in the future. It
also removes one layer of macro pollution across all the included
headers.
Other sub-trees will follow.

Got bored, removed some manual memory management.
Pushed references (rather than pointers) through a few APIs rather than
replacing *x with x.get().

This removes the magic-number-esque code creating/retrieving the same
label for a debug_loc entry from two places and removes the last small
piece of reusable logic from emitDebugLoc so that there will be less
duplication when refactoring it into two functions (one for debug_loc,
the other for debug_loc.dwo).

Rather than using a flat list with "empty" entries (ala the actual
on-disk format), keep separate lists for each variable.

No functional change intended.
Merging up-front rather than delaying this task until later. This just
seems simpler and more efficient (avoiding growing the debug loc list
only to have to skip over those post-merged entries, etc).

pointed to by the attribute, rather than the form as a first
step to determining how to hash the values. No functional change
intended.

passing down an AsmPrinter instance so we could compute the size of
the block which could be target specific. All of the test cases in
the unittest don't have any target specific data so we can use a NULL
AsmPrinter there. This also depends upon block data being added as
integers.
We can now hash the entire fission-cu.ll compile unit so turn the
flag on there with the hash value.

algorithm. Sink the 'A' + Attribute hash into each form so we don't
have to check valid forms before deciding whether or not we're going
to hash which will let the default be to return without doing anything.

subsequent changes are easier to review. About to fix some layering
issues, and wanted to separate out the necessary churn.
Also comment and sink the include of "Windows.h" in three .inc files to
match the usage in Memory.inc.

Emit DW_TAG_type_units into the debug_info section using compile unit
headers. This is bogus/unusable by debuggers, but testable and provides
more isolated review.
Subsequent patches will include support for type unit headers and
emission into the debug_types section, as well as comdat grouping the
types based on their hash. Also the CompileUnit type will be renamed
'Unit' and relevant portions pulled out into respective CompileUnit and
TypeUnit types.

Since (as of r190716) Clang no longer emits debug info for C++ friend
declarations (and it seems GCC never has/does, which was the motivation
for the Clang change), there's no actual reachable case for implementing
the part of DWARF 4, Section 7.27 part 5 that pertains to friends.
Leave an assert here so that if/when we do have a client producing
friends and using type units, we can fill in the gap and add appropriate
(unit and feature) tests.

Includes a test case/FIXME demonstrating a bug/limitation in pointer to
member hashing. To be honest I'm not sure why we don't just always use
summary hashing for referenced types... but perhaps I'm missing
something.

There are several other tag types that need similar handling but to
ensure test coverage they'll be coming incrementally.

This uses a map, keeping the type DIE numbering separate from the DIEs
themselves - alternatively we could do things the way GCC does if we
want to add an integer to the DIE type to record the numbering there.
git-svn-id: https://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/llvm/trunk@193105 91177308-0d34-0410-b5e6-96231b3b80d8
Found while adding type safety to the various DWARF enumerations (form,
attribute, tag, etc) that caused Clang to warn on an incompletely
covered switch. Converting the comment to a default/unreachable
uncovered this case of an unsupported form encoding. Seems we were
skipping fission strings entirely.

end that helps editors indent proceeding lines correctly.

do hashing based on form and attribute. Change the fission-hash
testcase one last time to handle DW_AT_comp_dir.

should be the last time that the hash of an empty file changes.

CUs.
Currently only hashes the name of CUs and the names of any children,
but it's an obvious first step to show the framework. The testcase
should continue to be correct, however, as it's an empty TU.
