Daniel Dunbar 35d5e9044c [lit] Support parsing scripts with inconsistent or invalid encodings. 
- For whatever reason, we have a lot of test files with bogus unicode
   characters. This patch allows those scripts to still be parsed on Python3 by
   changing the parsing logic to work on binary files, and only require the
   actual script commands to be convertible to ascii.

 - This patch has been tweaked to now ensure that the command strings are not of
   unicode type on Python 2.6-7.

Daniel Dunbar 213ab86ee6 [lit] Avoid StringIO. 
- We barely used it, and it is very hard to use in a 2.5-3 compatible
   way because of changing expectations for its input types.

Daniel Dunbar 38649827c3 [lit] Inject the lit specific config object as 'lit_config' when loading config files. 
- Injecting it as 'lit' is gross, since that name should be used to refer to
   the actual package. For now both are available so it is possibly to cleanup
   test config files incrementally.

Daniel Dunbar dfe91cefd2 [ADT] Fix StringSet::insert() to not allocate on every lookup. 
- The previous implementation always constructed the StringMap entry, even if
   the key was present in the set.

Daniel Dunbar 634bd8512a [Linker] Drop support for IR-level extended linking support (archives, etc.). 
- This code is dead, and the "right" way to get this support is to use the
   platform-specific linker-integrated LTO mechanisms, or the forthcoming LLVM
   linker.

Daniel Dunbar 1e08165ae9 [Linker] Change module flag linking to be more extensible. 
- Instead of computing a bunch of buckets of different flag types, just do an
   incremental link resolving conflicts as they arise.

 - This also has the advantage of making the link result deterministic and not
   dependent on map iteration order.

Daniel Dunbar 4259a1a7d8 MC/AsmParser: Avoid unnecessary use of SourceMgr::FindBufferForLoc() 
- Each macro instantiation introduces a new buffer, and FindBufferForLoc() is
   linear, so previously macro instantiation could be N^2 for some pathological
   inputs.

Daniel Dunbar 71e5ea8860 PathV2: Fix a possible infinite loop. 
- The code could infinite loop trying to create unique files, if the directory
   containing the unique file exists, but open() calls on non-existent files in
   the path return ENOENT. This is true on the /dev/fd filesystem, for example.

 - Will add a clang side test case for this.
