- Don't perform the 'if condition hoisting' xform on certain
i1 PHIs, as it interferes with switch formation.
This re-fixes "example 7", without breaking the world hopefully.

input filename so that opt doesn't print the input filename in the
output so that grep lines in the tests don't unintentionally match
strings in the input filename.

in the QMTest Testrunner tests.
Please note that putting output files in the Output directory no longer
works, as QMTest does not build Output directories anymore (nor does the
test run in a separate subdirectory, anyway).
