ce2247755e Enabling the target-independent garbage collection infrastructure by hooking it 
up to the various compiler pipelines.

This doesn't actually add support for any GC algorithms, which means it 
temporarily breaks a few tests. To be fixed shortly.

84bc5427d6 Rename SSARegMap -> MachineRegisterInfo in keeping with the idea 
that "machine" classes are used to represent the current state of
the code being compiled.  Given this expanded name, we can start 
moving other stuff into it.  For now, move the UsedPhysRegs and
LiveIn/LoveOuts vectors from MachineFunction into it.

Update all the clients to match.

This also reduces some needless #includes, such as MachineModuleInfo
from MachineFunction.

9de1934099 Fix PIC jump table codegen on x86-32/linux. In fact, such thing should be applied

ca0ed74485 Eliminate the remaining uses of getTypeSize. This 
should only effect x86 when using long double.  Now
12/16 bytes are output for long double globals (the
exact amount depends on the alignment).  This brings
globals in line with the rest of LLVM: the space
reserved for an object is now always the ABI size.
One tricky point is that only 10 bytes should be
output for long double if it is a field in a packed
struct, which is the reason for the additional
argument to EmitGlobalConstant.

5f19cf5df8 The exception handling function info should be reset for each new 
function. The information isn't used heavily -- it's only used at the end
of exception handling emission -- so there's no need to cache it.

6e19896999 Objective-C was generating EH frame info like this:

The ".eh" should be inside the quotes.

3a4205367d Fix the asmprinter so that a globalvalue can specify an explicit alignment 
smaller than the preferred alignment, but so that the target can actually
specify a minimum alignment if needed.  This fixes some objc protocol
failures Devang tracked down.

3e15bf33e0 Use 'static const char' instead of 'static const int'. 
Due to darwin gcc bug, one version of darwin linker coalesces
static const int, which defauts PassID based pass identification.

3ce9b67e0c Add support for ${:comment}, which expands to the current target's comment 
character, and ${:uid} which expands to a unique ID for the MachineInstr.
More can be added if/when they are needed.

37efe67645 JumpTable support! What this represents is working asm and jit support for 
x86 and ppc for 100% dense switch statements when relocations are non-PIC.
This support will be extended and enhanced in the coming days to support
PIC, and less dense forms of jump tables.
