0187e7a9ba DebugInfo: remove target-specific Frame Index handling for DBG_VALUE MachineInstrs 
Frame index handling is now target-agnostic, so delete the target hooks
for creation & asm printing of target-specific addressing in DBG_VALUEs
and any related functions.

34448ae393 [ms-inline asm] Add support in the X86AsmPrinter for printing memory references 
in the Intel syntax.

The MC layer supports emitting in the Intel syntax, but this would require the
inline assembly MachineInstr to be lowered to an MCInst before emission.  This
is potential future work, but for now emitting directly from the MachineInstr
suffices.

142b531e02 move the pic base symbol stuff up to MachineFunction 
since it is trivial and will be shared between ppc and x86.
This substantially simplifies the X86 backend also.

aef40351f6 fix a layering problem by moving the x86 implementation 
of AsmPrinter and InstLowering into libx86 and out of the
asmprinter subdirectory.  Now X86/AsmPrinter just depends on
MC stuff, not all of codegen and LLVM IR.

d60da495cd The personality function on Darwin needs a global stub. We then refer to 
that global stub instead of doing the ".set" thingy we were doing before.

317848f4a1 Really big cleanup. 
- New target type "mingw" was introduced
- Same things for both mingw & cygwin are marked as "cygming" (as in
gcc)
- .lcomm is supported here, so allow LLVM to use it
- Correctly use underscored versions of setjmp & _longjmp for both mingw
& cygwin

ab4022f196 1. Clean up code due to changes in SwitchTo*Section(2) 
2. Added partial debug support for mingw\cygwin targets (the same as
   Linux\ELF). Please note, that currently mingw\cygwin uses 'stabs' format
   for storing debug info by default, thus many (runtime) libraries has
   this information included. These formats shouldn't be mixed in one binary
   ('stabs' & 'DWARF'), otherwise binutils tools will be confused.

02b8511364 Add debug support for X86/ELF targets (Linux). This allows llvm-gcc4 
generated object modules to be debugged with gdb. Hopefully this helps
pre-release debugging.

b74ed07bfd Adding dllimport, dllexport and external weak linkage types. 
DLL* linkages got full (I hope) codegeneration support in C & both x86
assembler backends.
External weak linkage added for future use, we don't provide any
codegeneration, etc. support for it.
