2dc50d3067 TBAA: remove !tbaa from testing cases if not used. 
This will make it easier to turn on struct-path aware TBAA since the metadata
format will change.

1ae08e0077 [mips] Print move instructions. 
"move $4, $5" is printed instead of "or $4, $5, $zero".

68fe665b9a [mips] Use "or $r0, $r1, $zero" instead of "addu $r0, $zero, $r1" to copy 
physical register $r1 to $r0.

GNU disassembler recognizes an "or" instruction as a "move", and this change
makes the disassembled code easier to read.

Original patch by Reed Kotler.

1d165f1c25 Expand DYNAMIC_STACKALLOC nodes rather than doing custom-lowering. 
The frame object which points to the dynamically allocated area will not be
needed after changes are made to cease reserving call frames.

25eba399cb Change the chain input of nodes that load the address of a function. This change 
enables SelectionDAG::getLoad at MipsISelLowering.cpp:1914 to return a
pre-existing node instead of redundantly create a new node every time it is
called.
