b4912b9dcc Tests: rewrite 'opt ... %s' to 'opt ... < %s' so that opt does not emit a ModuleID 
This is done to avoid odd test failures, like the one fixed in r171243.

c1be92f3bb Make BasicAliasAnalysis a normal AliasAnalysis implementation which 
does normal initialization and normal chaining. Change the default
AliasAnalysis implementation to NoAlias.

Update StandardCompileOpts.h and friends to explicitly request
BasicAliasAnalysis.

Update tests to explicitly request -basicaa.

31ab6e3364 Eliminate uses of %prcontext.

8f416f3afd Add a testcase for GCC PR 23455, which lpre handles now. Add some 
comments about why we're not getting other cases.
