[ms-inline asm] Add support in the X86AsmPrinter for printing memory references

in the Intel syntax.
The MC layer supports emitting in the Intel syntax, but this would require the
inline assembly MachineInstr to be lowered to an MCInst before emission. This
is potential future work, but for now emitting directly from the MachineInstr
suffices.

fix a layering problem by moving the x86 implementation

of AsmPrinter and InstLowering into libx86 and out of the
asmprinter subdirectory. Now X86/AsmPrinter just depends on
MC stuff, not all of codegen and LLVM IR.

- New target type "mingw" was introduced
- Same things for both mingw & cygwin are marked as "cygming" (as in
gcc)
- .lcomm is supported here, so allow LLVM to use it
- Correctly use underscored versions of setjmp & _longjmp for both mingw
& cygwin

2. Added partial debug support for mingw\cygwin targets (the same as
Linux\ELF). Please note, that currently mingw\cygwin uses 'stabs' format
for storing debug info by default, thus many (runtime) libraries has
this information included. These formats shouldn't be mixed in one binary
('stabs' & 'DWARF'), otherwise binutils tools will be confused.

DLL* linkages got full (I hope) codegeneration support in C & both x86
assembler backends.
External weak linkage added for future use, we don't provide any
codegeneration, etc. support for it.
