Jay Foad 5d4f9909c4 Add some bits that I found useful when converting InsertValueInst and

Jay Foad 2a4a6fecf0 Extend ConstantUniqueMap with a new template parameter ValRefType, 
representing a constant reference to ValType. Normally this is just
"const ValType &", but when ValType is a std::vector we want to use
ArrayRef as the reference type.

Jay Foad 72f5f313d8 Change how PHINodes store their operands. 
Change PHINodes to store simple pointers to their incoming basic blocks,
instead of full-blown Uses.

Note that this loses an optimization in SplitCriticalEdge(), because we
can no longer walk the use list of a BasicBlock to find phi nodes. See
the comment I removed starting "However, the foreach loop is slow for
blocks with lots of predecessors".

Extend replaceAllUsesWith() on a BasicBlock to also update any phi
nodes in the block's successors. This mimics what would have happened
when PHINodes were proper Users of their incoming blocks. (Note that
this only works if OldBB->replaceAllUsesWith(NewBB) is called when
OldBB still has a terminator instruction, so it still has some
successors.)

Jay Foad 691c05bb29 Remove the AugmentedUse struct. 
I don't think the AugmentedUse struct buys us much, either in
correctness or in ease of use. Ditch it, and simplify Use::getUser() and
User::allocHungoffUses().

Jay Foad 67c619ba3e FixedNumOperandTraits and VariadicOperandTraits assumed that, given a 
"this" pointer for any subclass of User, you could static_cast it to
User* and then reinterpret_cast that to Use* to get the end of the
operand list. This isn't a safe assumption in general, because the
static_cast might adjust the "this" pointer. Fixed by having these
OperandTraits classes take an extra template parameter, which is the
subclass of User. This is groundwork for PR889.

Jay Foad e3acf159d9 Remove an unused function SafeToDestroyConstant(). Rename an almost 
identical function ConstantIsDead() to SafeToDestroyConstant(), to
emphasise the connection with Constant::destroyConstant().

Jay Foad c5d73afa48 Tighten up the asserts in SmallVector::operator[](). 
If this causes any new assertion failures that I didn't catch in
testing, the fix is usually to change "&v[0]" to "v.data()" for some
SmallVector v.
