Fixed the AT&T AsmLexer to report the proper strings
...
for register tokens. Before, if it encountered
'%al,' it would report 'al,' as the token. Now it
correctly reports '%al'.

Moved InstallLexer() from the X86-specific AsmLexer

to the TargetAsmLexer class so that clients can
actually use the TargetAsmLexer they get from a
Target.
