This reverts commit r193356, it caused PR17781.
A reduced test case covering this regression has been added to the test suite.

argument. The generated alloca has to have at least the alignment of the
byval, if not, the client may be making assumptions that the new alloca won't
satisfy.

input filename so that opt doesn't print the input filename in the
output so that grep lines in the tests don't unintentionally match
strings in the input filename.
