Duncan P. N. Exon Smith aa50fa7c2f DI: Rewrite the DIBuilder local variable API ... Replace the general `createLocalVariable()` with two more specific functions: `createParameterVariable()` and `createAutoVariable()`, and rewrite the documentation.
