Owen Anderson 06886aaaeb Move the constant-folding support for FP_ROUND in SelectionDAG from the one-operand version of getNode() to the two-operand version, since it became a two-operand node at sound point. 
Zap a testcase that this allows us to completely fold away.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
