LLVM backend for 6502

Reid Spencer 0fab2b15ab First cut at the Makefile for llvm-config. This initial version just provides
the rule for building the LibDeps.txt file using GenLibDeps.pl. This needs
to be done from time to time manually in order to keep LibDeps.txt up to
date.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level 
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments. 

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
