* Don't assume shift amounts are <= 64 bits
* Avoid creating an extra APInt in SubOne and AddOne by using -- and ++
* Add another use of getLowBitsSet
* Convert a series of if statements to a switch

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level 
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
