Mehdi Amini 26be214232 Revert "Remove access to the DataLayout in the TargetMachine"
This reverts commit 0f720d984f.

It breaks clang too badly, I need to prepare a proper patch for clang
first.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
