Chris Lattner 4a1cd9c61e The BFS scheduler is apparently nondeterminstic (causes many llvmgcc bootstrap

miscompares).  Switch RISC targets to use the list-td scheduler, which isn't.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
