Tanya Lattner 5026c7f91d Added DejaGNU information to the testing guide. This should go into the 1.4 release.
I left the QMTest stuff in place but made it appear to be optional.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level 
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
