Sanjoy Das 505179177b [IRCE] Re-commit tests cases.

Re-commit the test cases added in r232444.  These now use
-irce-print-changed-loops and -irce-print-range-checks so they run
correctly on a without asserts build of llvm.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
