Jakob Stoklund Olesen fddb7667ca Replace TSFlagsFields and TSFlagsShifts with a simpler TSFlags field. ... When a target instruction wants to set target-specific flags, it should simply set bits in the TSFlags bit vector defined in the Instruction TableGen class.
