Duncan Sands 57b6e9eb6c Remove the -enable-sjlj-eh option, which doesn't do anything.

Remove the -enable-eh option which is only used by the JIT,
and replace it with -jit-enable-eh.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
