Bob Wilson 5bafff36c7 Add support for ARM's Advanced SIMD (NEON) instruction set.

This is still a work in progress but most of the NEON instruction set
is supported.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level 
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
