Bill Wendling 6679ee4e80 RecordVariable is called each time a DECLARE node is encountered. For an inlined
function, this could be many, many times. We don't want to re-add variables to
that DIE for each time. We just want to add them once. Check to make sure that
we haven't added them already.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level 
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments. 

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
