Neil Booth 686700e325 Fast-track obviously over-large and over-small exponents during decimal->
integer conversion.  In some such cases this makes us one or two orders
of magnitude faster than NetBSD's libc.  Glibc seems to have a similar
fast path.

Also, tighten up some upper bounds to save a bit of memory.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level 
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments. 

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
